- Come in running outfit (cycling shorts,running shorts,sando or tank tops.)
Note:Those who attended the VTR last week need not to come.

- Physically Fit.
- Please come in running outfit.(Cycling shorts/ running shorts,sando or tank top).
- PLEASE BRING MPEG/ VIDEO OF PARKOUR EXHIBITION DURING VTR.
